this is also a superrrrrrrr backdated post, about 2 months ago. just transferred the food pics from my laptop to the pc, been wanting to do that for a longgggg time. but not that you dont know i have the super special 'L' blood type. 'L' for LAZY.
that is the problem when you have 3 computers at home, just cant remember where the pics are.
anyway!
about 2 months ago, ive been craving for vietnamese food till it annoyed the hell outta calvin. hehe. i blame it on the vietnamese cuisine cookbook that mom bought.

we went to vietnam kitchen at taipan usj and these are what we ordered:
p/s: sorry cant remember the names and prices, seem to have digested with the food itself :)
braised stuffed squid
sliced beef with vermicelli- rm11.50
waterchestnut drink
golden banana mango shrimp roll- rm4.50

somehow i felt my first time there which was with eldest sister and her bf, the food tasted better. dont know if they changed chef or what cos somehow it tasted differently this time.
anyway, my fav would still be the golden banana mango shrimp roll. it has everything i love in it!! banana (cooked, not raw), mango, and shrimps!! with mayo sauce!! deep fried!! omggggggg. yummm.
overall, its a good place if you're like me... sudden cravings are very annoying!! it has a great setting for family dine-outs too. prices of main course ala carte dishes range from rm10-25. and everyone knows how filling (and healthy??) vietnamese food are!
we'll go japanese in the next post! stay tune!!
